Refund Policy

Effective date: 4 June 2026

This policy covers purchases made directly through our website, where payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all such transactions. Paddle is legally the seller of record and issues all receipts and invoices on our behalf.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms, not this policy. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refunds on mobile in-app purchases.

Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual)

If you purchased a Monthly or Annual subscription through our website, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this 30-day window, charges are non-refundable.

Lifetime Purchase

If you purchased a Lifetime licence through our website, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, the Lifetime purchase is non-refundable.

EU and UK Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction date (the "cooling-off period"), unless you have expressly consented to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Where you have waived the cooling-off right at checkout, our standard 30-day refund window above applies. Where you have not waived that right, you may request a full refund within 14 days regardless of usage. These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You can also contact Paddle's buyer support directly via the receipt email you received at purchase.

Exceptions and Discretion

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria above, or where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused. We also reserve the right to approve refunds outside the standard window at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
